RES AM Project blijft hangen

Solution 1.1 – Workaround: Remove the agent from the console manually
25% probability.
If an agent is only removed from the RES Wisdom/RES Automation Manager database, it will reregister itself when it gets online. This will resolve the problem of jobs that remain “hanging” in aborting state, while waiting for offline agents to get online. When the wizard is started to remove the offline agent, select YES to keep the history and enter a wrong password to prevent the agent from being physically removed from the workstation.
Solution 1.2 – Abort the hanging job immediately
5% probability.
From RES Automation Manager 2012, it`s possible to abort a job immediately. When a job which “hangs” in an aborting state will be aborted a second time, the job will be aborted immediately.
Solution 2.1 – Repair the RES Wisdom/RES Automation Manager Agent
95% probability.
Repair the RES Wisdom/RES Automation Manager Agent. Open the RES Wisdom/RES Automation Manager Management Console, browse to the Agents node and select the check box “Repair”.
